We are delighted to welcome in-person participants to CZT-Days 2026 from 6–8 November 2026. This Bulletin Board provides continuously updated information for all on-site attendees.

Morning Excursion – Inspired by Vienna
Start your CZT‑Days experience with a gentle panoramic tour of Vienna. The Conzentric Club invites all attending members to join this cultural Friday‑morning excursion featuring photo stops at Belvedere and Schönbrunn Palace, plus a scenic loop along the Ringstrasse.
Based on participant feedback, 58 places are available. Please sign up to secure your spot.
Hotel reservation
Special rates have been arranged for club members at two partner hotels in Vienna. This offers flexibility in choosing the preferred option while allowing the group to stay close together.
Together under one roof: To strengthen the sense of community, stays at one of the two partner hotels are recommended. This makes it possible to share these special days in close proximity and helps maintain the agreed room allocations and attractive rates for all members. Alternative accommodation may be chosen if preferred.
How to book:
Each participant is responsible for making their own reservation and payment directly with the hotel. The booking templates provided by the hotels must be used; they contain all necessary details, including the correct email address for submitting the booking.
Important: Early booking is strongly recommended to ensure availability for all members. Reservations should not be made via online booking platforms.
Good to know: Hotel reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.

Getting there: Airport, Train & Car
From the International Airport Schwechat
From the airport you can reach the hotel by taxi in about 30 minutes - depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can use public transport, which takes around 15 to 30 minutes. Get off at the Wien Hauptbahnhof stop and the hotel is just round the corner. Look for the exit "Canettistraße".

By train
It couldn't be easier! Book your domestic or international train to Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) and the hotel is just around the corner. Look for the exit "Canettistraße".
By car
The hotel is also easy to reach by car, but as we are right in the city centre, parking is limited or expensive.
Parking tips
There is a public car park with direct access to the hotel with parking spaces for €29.90 per day / €3.50 per hour. The car park is located at Karl-Popper-Straße 4, 1100 Vienna.

Travel Together: Shared Train Journeys to Vienna
With many of us traveling long distances, we thought it could be wonderful to start building bridges even before arriving in Vienna. If you'd like to join a shared train journey — for example from Munich or Zurich — you can begin your CZT‑Days experience a little earlier.
And remember: the earlier you book, the better the prices. Don't wait!
Option 1: Munich → Vienna (Return Trip) – from 60 €

We have reserved seats for our team in carriage 24 for the outward journey, and other CZTs are warmly welcome to join us. Please note that seat reservations must be made separately and are only available for the outward journey. We therefore recommend booking your train ticket first and then adding the seat reservation for the outward journey afterwards.
For the return journey, unfortunately seats are allocated automatically. Our team will be in carriage 257.
Option 2: Zurich to Vienna (Return Trip)
We have researched train connections that are convenient, require only one change, and are often less expensive than flying — with prices starting from 110 €.

Once we have confirmed your club membership, you will receive an email inviting you to join the community on campai. We would like to trial this platform for the club to see if it is useful for CZT-Days 2026. You can chat directly with other club members there, and we have also set up a special channel for CZT-Days 2026 participants. Please proceed as follows:
