We are delighted that you will be joining us in person for our CZT-Days 2026 from 6-8. November 2026. This Bulletin Board contains continually updated information for in person attendees.

Hotel reservation

We have arranged special rates for club members at two partner hotels for our stay in Vienna. This means you can choose the option that suits you best, and we can stay close together as a group.

Together under one roof: To make the most of our sense of community, you're welcome to book a stay at one of our two partner hotels. That way, we can all spend these special days in close proximity to one another. What's more, by doing so, you'll help us to maintain the room allocations agreed with the hotels and keep the attractive rates stable for all members. Nevertheless, you are free to stay elsewhere if you wish.

How to book:

You are responsible for making your own booking and payment directly with the hotel. Please use the booking templates provided by the hotels. There you will find all the details, including the correct email address for your booking.

Important: Please book as soon as possible so that we can secure places for all members. Please DO NOT book via any online platform.

Good to know: You can cancel your hotel booking free of charge up to 72 hours in advance.

Hotel check-In

Your hotel room will be available at 3:00 pm. You may leave your luggage at reception if you don't have time to check into your room before the event begins.
