We are delighted that you will be joining us in person for our CZT-Days 2026 from 6-8. November 2026. This Bulletin Board contains continually updated information for in person attendees.

Hotel reservation
We have arranged special rates for club members at two partner hotels for our stay in Vienna. This means you can choose the option that suits you best, and we can stay close together as a group.
Together under one roof: To make the most of our sense of community, you're welcome to book a stay at one of our two partner hotels. That way, we can all spend these special days in close proximity to one another. What's more, by doing so, you'll help us to maintain the room allocations agreed with the hotels and keep the attractive rates stable for all members. Nevertheless, you are free to stay elsewhere if you wish.
How to book:
You are responsible for making your own booking and payment directly with the hotel. Please use the booking templates provided by the hotels. There you will find all the details, including the correct email address for your booking.
Important: Please book as soon as possible so that we can secure places for all members. Please DO NOT book via any online platform.
Good to know: You can cancel your hotel booking free of charge up to 72 hours in advance
Hotel check-In
Your hotel room will be available at 3:00 pm. You may leave your luggage at reception if you don't have time to check into your room before the event begins.

Please arrive at the Congress Hall A in good time and allow plenty of time for check-in and a chance to socialise before the official start.
Getting there: Airport, Train & Car
From the International Airport Schwechat
From the airport you can reach the hotel by taxi in about 30 minutes - depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can use public transport, which takes around 15 to 30 minutes. Get off at the Wien Hauptbahnhof stop and the hotel is just round the corner. Look for the exit "Canettistraße".

By train
It couldn't be easier! Book your domestic or international train to Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) and the hotel is just around the corner. Look for the exit "Canettistraße".
By car
The hotel is also easy to reach by car, but as we are right in the city centre, parking is limited or expensive.
Parking tips
There is a public car park with direct access to the hotel with parking spaces for €29.90 per day / €3.50 per hour. The car park is located at Karl-Popper-Straße 4, 1100 Vienna.
The hotel has provided a document outlining the various transport options and the walking route from the station. Please download it for detailed information.

Communication within Campai App
Once we have confirmed your club membership, you will receive an email inviting you to join the community on campai. We would like to trial this platform for the club to see if it is useful for CZT-Days 2026. You can chat directly with other club members there, and we have also set up a special channel for CZT-Days 2026 participants. Please proceed as follows:

Click on the petrol button in the email and open an account using the same email address you used to register with CZT-Days. You should be taken directly to the Conzentric Club community and see a screen similar to the one below.
